To be tattooed by Rosemary Ink you must be 18 years or older and present a valid State or Federal Photo ID. It is against New York State law (Section 261.21) to tattoo a minor, even with parental consent. No Exceptions.

A deposit is required in order to book a tattoo appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.

Rosemary Ink requires a 48 hour notice to make changes to your appointment date and time. Any changes made after the 48 hour window will result in the forfeit of your appointment and your deposit.

On-Site cancellations and not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit over one time prior to the 48 hour window. If you cannot make it to your rescheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is needed to book again.
