I’m Carly, a hand-poke tattoo artist and tarot reader. I offer custom tattoos, one-on-one tarot sessions, and seasonal drops through The Ink Witch’s Wheel. My hope with my work under Rosemary Ink is to support clients in expressing personal symbolism and aligning with their most authentic selves. I prioritize accessibility, care, and inclusivity for sensitive individuals (HSP), women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ clients.
