Carly Rosemary is a self-taught hand poke tattooist, intuitive artist, and creative.

Tattooing entered Carly’s life unexpectedly in 2016 while she was in college, quickly transforming into a deep and lasting passion. Her practice is rooted in sensitivity, ritual, and intention — shaped by her background in Reiki (Level 2 Usui Reiki Ryoho) and her astrological blueprint.

Carly’s astrological chart is dominated by water and air — elements that shape her deeply empathetic and intuitive approach to tattooing and all of her creative work.

In addition to tattooing, Carly is a professional wedding and portrait photographer (visit her photography work here) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Arizona State University. She is also a Certified Microblade & Shade Artist through Beauty Angels Academy.

Creating with her hands is where Carly finds true catharsis — a way of connecting, healing, and expressing that she’s honored to share through her work at Rosemary Ink.
