✦ Identification

To be tattooed at Rosemary Ink, you must be 18 years or older and present a valid State or Federal Photo ID at the time of your appointment.

It is against New York State law (Section 261.21) to tattoo a minor, even with parental consent. No exceptions.

✦ Deposits & Drawings

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.

• Your drawing will be created only after an appointment is officially scheduled.

✦ Cancellations

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may have the deposit transferred to a new appointment.

✦ Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

• In cases of illness or emergency, you may reschedule once using your original deposit.

• Artist Rescheduling Policy: I reserve the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, severe weather, or unsafe travel conditions. Your deposit will be honored for the rescheduled date, and I’ll do my best to find a time that works for you. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

✦ Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

✦ Guests

• You're welcome to bring one guest to your session.

• The studio is cozy and can comfortably accommodate one additional visitor. Please be mindful that the space is small and designed for a focused, intentional experience.

✦ Payments

• Final payment is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and PayPal.
